Yes. Missed appointments without notice may incur a fee. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Feilding Health Care offers same-day acute care during opening hours. If you need care after hours, call us on 06 323 9696 and we can direct you to local urgent care services. In a life-threatening emergency — such as severe chest pain, difficulty breathing, signs of stroke, or excessive bleeding — call 111 immediately.
Standard appointments are typically 15 minutes. If you have multiple concerns or complex needs, longer appointments can be arranged, just let us know when booking so we can allow enough time.
